Prairie School is a monthly country western event in Chicago.
Started at a local dive in Chicago, the premise is simple. Come out, dress up, love country.
Prairie School originated at a local dive in Chicago and revolved around a straightforward concept: dress up and enjoy country music. However, designing, booking, and promoting a monthly event proved to be a challenge. The creative duo behind the project, Kirsten Southwell and Maggie Famiglietti, were eager to dive in and develop something unique.
On the 2nd Monday of every month, a different artist/performer/maker was photographed in their best country outfit and given the space to enteratin or promote themselves.
